CJC-1295 + GHRP-2 10mg Blend
Components: CJC-1295 (No DAC) + GHRP-2
A classic GH secretagogue blend combining CJC-1295 No DAC (5mg) and GHRP-2 (5mg) in a 10mg vial. Combines GHRH and GHRP mechanisms for potent pulsatile GH release.
Blend Composition
This is a single pre-mixed vial — one reconstitution for all components.
Synergy Explanation
CJC-1295 No DAC acts as a GHRH analogue to prime the pituitary for GH release. GHRP-2 activates the ghrelin/GHS-R receptor to trigger potent GH pulses. Unlike Ipamorelin, GHRP-2 causes mild cortisol and prolactin elevation at higher doses, but produces a stronger GH pulse. The GHRH + GHRP combination is synergistic, producing greater GH release than either alone.
Reconstitution Guide
-
Allow the vial to reach room temperature for 5 minutes before handling.
-
Draw 3.0 mL of bacteriostatic water into a sterile syringe.
-
Sterilize the vial stopper with an alcohol swab and allow to dry.
-
Inject the BAC water slowly down the inside wall of the vial.
-
Gently swirl or roll until fully dissolved. Do not shake.
-
Label with reconstitution date and store at 2u20138 u00b0C short-term or u221220 u00b0C for long-term.
Always use bacteriostatic water — not sterile water — to extend shelf life of your reconstituted blend.
Dosage Protocols
| Protocol | Dose | Frequency | Duration | Route | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Standard Daily Protocol | 150u2013300 mcg once daily | Once daily | 12u201316 weeks | SubQ | Administer in the evening on an empty stomach to coincide with natural GH release. At 3.33 mg/mL, 150 mcg = ~4.5 units, 300 mcg = ~9 units on a U-100 syringe. |
| Twice Daily Protocol | 150 mcg twice daily | Twice daily (morning fasted + evening) | 12u201316 weeks | SubQ | Morning fasted dose and evening pre-sleep dose. Note that GHRP-2 causes significant hunger u2014 plan meals accordingly. |

Potential Side Effects
Strong hunger response within 30 minutes of injection (GHRP-2 effect). Possible water retention. Mild cortisol/prolactin elevation at higher doses. Injection site reactions.
Questions about CJC-1295 + GHRP-2 10mg Blend
GHRP-2 is more potent than Ipamorelin but causes greater hunger and mild cortisol/prolactin elevation at higher doses. Ipamorelin is more selective with fewer side effects. GHRP-2 blends are often preferred when maximum GH pulse amplitude is the priority.
Inject on an empty stomach u2014 at least 90 minutes after your last meal. GHRP-2 will trigger strong hunger within 30 minutes; have food ready for after the injection.
