What It Is

Dihexa potentiates HGF (hepatocyte growth factor) signaling by binding with high affinity to HGF and facilitating its interaction with the c-Met receptor. This leads to BDNF-like synaptogenic effects, promotes dendritic spine formation, enhances long-term potentiation (LTP), and increases synaptic density in the hippocampus.
