CJC-1295 no DAC binds and activates the GHRH receptor (GHRHR) on pituitary somatotroph cells, directly stimulating growth hormone synthesis and pulsatile release. The four amino acid substitutions prevent rapid degradation by dipeptidyl aminopeptidase IV (DPP-IV). Unlike the DAC version it does not bind albumin, maintaining a physiological half-life of 30-60 minutes. This preserves the natural pulsatile GH secretion pattern. Synergizes powerfully with GHS-R1a agonists (Ipamorelin, GHRP-2, GHRP-6).

Frequently Asked Questions
Without DAC, CJC-1295 has a 30-minute to 2-hour half-life and causes natural pulsatile GH release. With DAC, albumin binding extends the half-life to ~8 days, causing sustained GH elevation.
It is strongly recommended. CJC-1295 and Ipamorelin work via different receptors and produce synergistic GH release that is significantly greater than either peptide alone.
